Sticker deliveries
If you are a new customer, you will receive your Sticker within two weeks of signing up to the service.
If you are renewing your Service and have paid by direct debit, you will receive your Sticker by mid-August.
If you are renewing your Service and have paid by card, you will receive your sticker within two weeks of renewing.
If you haven't received your Sticker within the timeframe above, please call customer services on 01923 226400.
Valid Stickers
Only bins with a valid, Official Sticker will be collected..
