Sticker deliveries
If you are a new customer, you will receive your Sticker within two weeks of signing up to the service.
If you are renewing your Service and have paid by direct debit, you will have been sent your Sticker in mid-August.
If you are renewing your Service and have paid by card, you will receive your sticker within two weeks of renewing.
If you haven't received your Sticker within the timeframe above, please email us with your name, address, number of sticker required and the reason you require the replacement stickers.
Valid Stickers
Only bins with a valid, Official Sticker will be collected.
