Card Payers
You can make most changes while using use our renewal form.
These include:
- Changing your number of bins
- Changing how you pay
- Cancelling your service
Changing your address
Please use our update my service form first, then renew your service.
Direct Debit customers
Changing your address
If you are moving property within the Borough you can take your service with you. You must notify us of your new address, otherwise you will be charged for a new subscription at the new address.
Increasing/decreasing the number of bins
You can change your number of bins. You can have up to seven bins.
Changing your payment method
You can change your payment method online.
All Customers
Cancelling your membership
- You can cancel your service online
- If it's your first time purchasing the service, you have 14 days after signing up to cancel and get a full refund
- After 14 days, no refund will be given. Please see our full terms and conditions for details
