New resources from Watford Borough Council
Watford Borough Council has launched a series of new resources to help residents and landlords tackle damp and mould, a growing concern in colder months and poorly ventilated homes.
- Updated 'Damp and Mould Prevention Guide' - A refreshed guide is now available for digital download or in hard copy at the Customer Service Centre.
- Educational video series - Watch our new video series offering practical tips to help you prevent damp and mould in your home.
- Improved web page layout - Our damp and mould information page has been redesigned for easier navigation, making it quicker to find the help and advice you need. We have also added useful links, documents and resources to help support your tenants.
- Newsletter to Landlords* - Each month Landlords on our mailing list will receive an update on what we have been doing and how we can best support you.
- New campaign - We have launched a new campaign to help support you and your tenants with damp and mould.
