Report a property of concern
If you are a professional working in Social Services, the Fire Service, General Practice, healthcare, or other support services, you can report properties where living conditions may pose a risk to occupants.
We accept referrals for:
- Private rented properties
- Social rented properties
- Owner-occupied properties
This service is intended for properties that are in serious disrepair or where conditions may be considered prejudicial to health, including:
- Severe hoarding
- Filthy and verminous or unsafe living conditions
- Pest infestations (e.g. rats, mice, insects)
- Significant structural or environmental hazards
Please ensure you have also made an appropriate Safguarding referral before reporting the concerns to our service.
