Donna Nolan, Returning Officer and Chief Executive at Watford Borough Council, said: “The Mayoral and Local Elections are an important opportunity for residents to have their voice heard. We are asking everyone to check their poll card carefully. Some polling station locations have changed following a recent review, particularly in the Holywell ward, so its important people know where they need to go on Thursday 7 May.”
