Some privately owned or privately rented homes in Holywell have been selected to take part in a new pilot scheme promoting better health and wellbeing through warmer, more energy-efficient homes.
What’s on offer?
- Free 'Warm & Well' Home Visits
- Free boiler services for homeowners (limited-time offer as winter approaches)
A 'Warm & Well Home Visit' consists of:
- Practical energy advice
- Bill support
- Free energy-saving measures
- Information on grants
- Referrals to other services
- Help with damp and mould
Living in a warm, affordable-to-heat home is essential for good health. Just like appliances, homes have an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) rating. This scheme aims to help homes reach EPC rating C or above by combining various funding sources.
This is only available for winter 2025/26 and funding is limited and awarded on a first-come, first-served basis – don’t miss out!
