Are you thinking about quitting smoking? Stoptober is the perfect time, and Watford’s Healthy Hub is here to help residents make the change for good.
Stoptober is a nationwide campaign encouraging people to stop smoking for 28 days during October. Research shows that if smokers can manage a month without cigarettes, they are five times more likely to quit for good. It’s a supportive, motivating initiative that gives people a clear goal and a strong sense of community.
The Healthy Hub offered free stop-smoking services, expert guidance and extra support to empower people to take control of their health. Whether this is through one-to-one advice, group sessions, helpful resources, the Hub is here to cheer you on every step of the way.
