
Watford’s Healthy Hub is here to help you take care of your health and wellbeing – and now it's easier than ever to get support with free, friendly weekly drop-in sessions.
Whether you need advice, guidance, or just want to find out what services are available locally, you can drop in and speak to the Healthy Hub team in person. There's no need to book – just come along.
Drop-in session times and locations:
- Tuesdays – 10am to 2pm - Cussans House (The Conservatory), 13 Cussans House, Croxley View, WD18 6PJ
- Wednesdays – 10am to 2pm - Watford Town Hall, Hempstead Road, Watford, WD17 3EX
- Fridays – 9am to 1pm - Meriden Foodbank, Meriden Community Centre, Garsmouth Way, WD25 9ET
The drop-in sessions offer a welcoming and confidential space where you can access support across a wide range of areas – from mental health and domestic abuse, to bereavement, dementia care, and addiction recovery.
Services available include:
- Mental health and emotional wellbeing support
- Domestic abuse and safeguarding advice
- Help with addiction and substance misuse
- Bereavement support and signposting
- Stop smoking services and cancer prevention advice
- Physical health, fitness, and nutrition guidance
- Support for dementia patients and carers
