Illegal encampment on Radlet Road playing fields

Watford Borough Council are aware of an illegal encampment.

Elected Mayor of Watford, Peter Taylor, said: "We reacted very quickly to the unauthorised encampment on Radlet Road playing fields on Tuesday 6 August. We are pleased that we were able to get it back into use promptly. Fortunately the site was left with minimal clearance needed. We’d like to thank our partners Veolia and Herts Police for assisting us to resolve this matter. I want to reassure residents that Watford will not tolerate illegal encampments.”
