Sing Café Sessions – Singing for Memory Singing for Memory are supporting people living with conditions that affect their memory. They run 'Singing Café Sessions' where people can enjoy singing and socialising, held on Mondays from 2pm - 3:30pm at St Albans Masorti Synagogue. Participants must be accompanied and it is £10 per pair. |

Reminiscence: Activity Sessions at Croxley Green Baptist Church This group spends a lot of time drinking tea and eating biscuits whilst chatting, but in between, trying out some low level physical activity. All activities will be guided by the people in the group, so for example if there is an interest in cricket, tennis, cooking or cycling, they will make the sessions as relevant as possible. The sessions are held in the Church's large and small halls (£5). |

Herts Musical Memories is dedicated to enhancing the well-being of individuals living with memory-related conditions, such as dementia, through the power of music. Our singing sessions are designed to create joyful and engaging musical experiences that can evoke positive memories, foster a sense of connection, and improve the overall quality of life for participants and their carers. Please feel free to pop along to a group for a free trial.
