Overview
Watford Borough Council, in partnership with Veolia, delivers a proactive anti-fly tipping campaign each year.
This initiative aims to raise awareness and reduce environmental crime through a range of activities, including:
- Fly tipping ‘crime scenes’ cordoned off for investigation
- Anti fly tipping signage displayed in key locations
- Digital board advertising
- A letter drop to local residents
- Social media content
- School sessions on fly tipping and littering
