Get a new / replacement bin
Every household should have the following bins:
- Brown outdoor food bin (food waste) - collected every week *not currently available to some residents in flats*
- Blue-lidded bin (recycling) - collected every week until 20 October 2024. Collected every two weeks from 21 October 2024
- Green bin (garden waste) - collected every two weeks (optional service)
- Black bin (non recyclable waste) - collected every two weeks

Blue-lidded bin
- You can request a second bin if four or more people live at your property
- If you have a smaller 140 litre blue-lidded bin, you can swap it for a larger 240 litre bin

There is a £6.78 delivery charge, which is taken over the phone via a credit or debit card.
