Article 4 Directions issued- Designated Employment Areas (June 2023)
The Secretary of State for Levelling up, Housing and Communities requested a modification in May 2024 to the Article 4 Direction on Clarendon Road previously confirmed by the Council in November 2023. This modification amended the boundary of the Direction.
On 7 November 2023 the Council confirmed immediate Article 4 Directions covering the designated employment areas defined in the recently adopted Watford Local Plan.
