Apply for a parking dispensation
If you need a vehicle to park near your property (like for building works and deliveries) you can apply for a parking dispensation.
This is a temporary permit that allows a vehicle in a controlled parking zone (CPZ) for up to 3 weeks.
How to apply
If you need a vehicle to park in a CPZ, for example:
- parking for tradespeople or builders near a property
- removals or loading/ unloading
You can apply online.

Your application will be processed in 3 working days.
Costs
£20 per vehicle per day for a maximum of three weeks.
This payment is non-refundable.
A new application must be submitted and fee paid for each new vehicle or period of time.
