Food hygiene training

Training

There are no training courses available at present but we will be scheduling some in the near future.

This qualification is aimed at individuals who are, or intend to be, food handlers working in catering. This course is accredited by the Royal Society of Public Health, and is taught by experienced fully qualified Environmental Health officers.

The classroom based setting allows the course to be fully interactive, informative, and fun, which is the key to our high pass rate, and clients returning for refresher training time and time again.

  • Building a safe food business
  • Principles of safe food storage
  • Personal hygiene

  • Refrigeration, chilling, and cold holding of foods
  • Cooking, hot holding, and re-heating of foods
