Class MA – Development consisting of a change of use of a building and any land within its curtilage from a use falling within Class E(g)(i) (offices to carry out any operational or administrative functions); and Class E(g)(iii) (industrial processes), of Schedule 2 to the Town and Country Planning Use Classes Order 1987 to a use falling within Class C3 (dwelling houses) of Schedule 1 to that Order.

Class P - Development consisting of a change of use of a building and any land within its curtilage from a use falling within Class B8 (storage or distribution centre) of Schedule 1 to the Town and Country Planning (Use Classes) Order 1987 to a use falling within Class C3 (dwelling houses) of that Schedule.
