The following permitted development rights, as conferred by the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Order) Order 1995 as amended, are withdrawn:

  • Classes A, C and D of Part 1 of Schedule 2 to the said Order (extensions, external alterations, roof alterations, porches);

  • Classes A and C of Part 2 of Schedule 2 to the said Order (boundary treatment and painting).
