Specialist skills advisers provide free advice and support to SMEs to identify and assess vital skills gaps, provide strategies to close these skills gaps by connecting businesses with local training providers and access funding for skills development.
Hertfordshire Apprenticeship Grant
The Hertfordshire Apprenticeship Grant is delivered through the Skills Brokerage Service and offers grants of £1,500 to eligible SME employers towards the cost of training an apprentice.
