How to get a grant
Funding for up to £1,500 for events, and up to £2,500 for cost of living projects, however, we are currently closed for new applications at present. How the grant works
The Fund is set up to support local charities, community groups, not-for-profit and voluntary organisations. It helps to tackle poverty and inequalities, and to build stronger more connected communities.
It is an open, accessible fund that is flexible and responsive to the town's changing needs around the climate, poverty and inequality.
Our current grant application programme is offering up to £1,500 for one-off events that bring the community together, and up to £2,500 for projects that improve residents’ welfare and reduce the impact of cost-of-living pressures’.
