Watford Borough Council has launched a survey for local businesses to hear from them directly about their experiences during COVID-19, how they are planning for the future and how the council could work with them as the town moves into recovery. So far, over 200 businesses have responded but the council is keen to hear from more.

Elected Mayor of Watford, Peter Taylor said “Over the last two months, I have been able to meet many businesses (often virtually) and heard directly about the impact of COVID-19 has had on them.  We are now putting plans in place for Watford’s recovery and it is really important these are shaped by Watford businesses.

“This short survey is one way business can get involved so we better understand how things are for them and what practical help could make a difference.  Watford has a great business community and we want to do all we can to make sure they get through this difficult time and are well-placed to bounce back, and thrive, in future”.

The survey is available to all Watford based businesses online at: www.watford.gov.uk/business-survey
