Vice-Chairman of Watford Borough Council, Cllr Asif Khan, has praised the work of Herts Inclusive Theatre (HIT) after attending one of their performances.
The production – called HIT Rocks – was based on the themes of the musical and film, School of Rock. It was staged at The James Theatre in Watford Grammar School for Boys on Tuesday 26 June.
Cllr Asif Khan said: "I found the work carried out by the Herts Inclusive Theatre inspiring. Young people and children were in their element. I'm glad a local grassroots group is carrying out such worthy work."
HIT provides fully accessible opportunities for children, young people and adults to get involved in theatre – with no auditions. Everyone is welcome to take part. Find out more.
