The National Energy Foundation, in partnership with the Greater South East Net Zero Hub and Watford Borough Council, is pleased to announce an exciting new home energy project that will offer residents in Hertfordshire independent advice and support on energy-saving home improvements.

Retrofitting your home with insulation, renewable energy technologies, and low-carbon heating systems can help to:

  • Keep you warm in winter and cool in summer
  • Save you money on your energy bills
  • Lower your carbon footprint
  • Keep you and your home healthy by preventing damp and mould
  • Improve your property’s EPC rating, making it more attractive to buyers

SuperHomes Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire offers residents free, independent, tailored advice, and support to help plan retrofit projects, identify finance options, and connect with trusted installers for high-quality energy efficiency improvements to their homes.

For a limited time, qualifying residents are eligible to receive a FREE home survey conducted by a qualified Retrofit Consultant and a bespoke Home Efficiency Retrofit Options Plan (HERO) worth £250. This plan will help identify the measures you could take to make your home as energy-efficient as possible, providing estimated costs, and potential energy bill and carbon savings. We encourage you to act quickly as only 300 FREE HERO Plans are available in Hertfordshire.
