High Sheriff to visit Watford as part of county wide library tour

The High Sheriff of Hertfordshire, Liz Green, is set to visit Watford Central and North Watford Library on Monday 11 March, as part of her extensive library tour across the county.

This tour aims to champion literacy and community engagement by visiting all forty-six libraries in Hertfordshire.

The High Sheriff’s visit will commence with a warm welcome at 12:30 p.m., at North Watford Library where she will have the opportunity to engage with the local community and discuss the importance of literacy initiatives. Following her visit to North Watford Library, she will proceed to Watford Central at 1:45 p.m. to continue her tour.

Additionally, at 2:30 p.m., there will be a tea session held in the Chairman's Office, providing an opportunity for other dignitaries and community leaders, to meet with the High Sheriff and discuss matters of mutual interest.
