Everyone is invited to Watford Borough Council’s fabulous and FREE night of fireworks and fun from 6pm to 8.30pm on Saturday 4 November in Cassiobury Park.
The popular spectacle is supported by Watford community radio station Vibe 107.6FM who compere the stage. Entertainment will start at 6pm, with live performances from Katie plus Juan and their band at 6.30pm and again at 7.05pm. The huge bonfire will be lit at 7pm, with a 20-minute firework display starting at 7.30pm. As always there will be a variety of food and drink outlets, children’s funfair rides and bungee trampolines.
As the event is FREE, please could you give generously to the volunteers from the Lions Club of Watford and The Peace Hospice? They will be collecting on behalf of the hospice and other local charities.
Cllr Karen Collett, Portfolio Holder for Community, said: “Our Cassiobury fireworks extravaganza is absolutely fantastic. It never disappoints. It’s one of the only free firework festivals this big for miles around. I love going to the Cassiobury fireworks each year, and I hope to see you there!”
To keep everyone safe, guests will not be allowed to bring sparklers, fireworks or alcohol into the park.
