Watford Borough Council seeks an operator to provide quality catering facilities for the Hub Visitor Centre in Cassiobury Park.
The Park attracts over two million visitors a year and The Hub provides separate cafe and kiosk facilities adjoining the extremely popular paddling pools.
A six year lease is on offer either individually for the café or kiosk, or which can be let as one unit, and will be available from November 2023.The operator will be required to fit out and provide tables and chairs.
Viewings will be arranged on open mornings subject to demand.
