As part of the national Big Draw festival, Watford Museum is giving everyone the chance to get creative at its very own Big Draw workshop on Saturday 15 October, 11am to 4pm.
The free drop-in workshop is all about drawing the varied architecture of Watford and everyone can get as creative as they like when drawing the town.
To really get the creative juices flowing, experienced Museum staff and heritage guides will be on hand to help people explore the surrounding area, history and architecture.
Councillor Karen Collet said: “The Big Draw has been going on for years and I’m not surprised that it’s on again because everyone loves it. It’s a time for everyone to get creative and express themselves. It’s also lovely way for the family to get out of the house at the weekend and it’s free! I really hope that people who haven’t attended before pop in and see that there is so much to discover in Watford - the architecture and history behind the buildings and features are fascinating.”
