Visitors to the town centre should note that Sutton car park will be closed for nine days from Monday 1 February, for essential repair works to the exit ramps.
The two other Citipark car parks – Gade and Church, are fully open, as are intu Watford car parks, Kings, Queens and Palace.
All of the major improvement works at Sutton should be complete by the end of February.
Ben Ziff, Managing Director of CitiPark said “In order to improve customer experience we are currently upgrading the parking management systems in all of our car parks. This state of the art equipment uses ANPR (automatic number plate recognition) technology and will allow us to offer contactless payment options, integrate with mobile apps and our prebooking service as well as deliver a wide product range for daily users.”
There will be plenty of alternative parking available at Gade, Church and the intu car parks for visitors to the Watford V Chelsea game on Wednesday 3 February.
