- Our street cleansing and ground care services will operate essential services
- Our waste and recycling collections will follow the usual day later service after a bank holiday
- Our car parking enforcement services will operate a usual bank holiday service
- West Herts Crematorium will be open
- North Watford Cemetery will be open
Closed
- Town Hall offices including the Customer Services Centre will be closed
- Our Everyone Active leisure centres will be closed
- Splash pools and Daisy's in the Park in Cassiobury Park will be closed
- Waste and recycling centres across Hertfordshire will be closed
- Libraries across Hertfordshire will be closed
- Education settings are not expected to open, but early-years providers and childcare settings, as with other bank holidays, it is at the discretion of individual settings whether they close or stay open
