If you have any questions about your housing situation we operate a drop-in service at the Customer Services Centre in the Town Hall every weekday, except Wednesdays from 9:00am - 12:30pm. If you cannot come to the Customer Services Centre in the morning, we provide a telephone duty service in the afternoon between 1:00pm and 4:30pm, except on Wednesdays. Are you currently in temporary accommodation provided to you by Watford Borough Council?
The council assists around 200 households at any one time with temporary accommodation because they are homeless. If you are in temporary accommodation, you will have been provided with the names and contact details of the officers dealing with your case who can help you with any queries you may have about your temporary accommodation.
