If you’re leaving school or want to change career paths, why not check out an apprenticeship?
From Business Administration, Human Resources, Housing to Customer Services, there's an apprenticeship for you.
We offer apprenticeships in different study disciplines and teams, which can last between 12-42 months, depending on the apprenticeship programme we are offering.
Real jobs with training
If you're over 16 you can apply to become an apprentice, whether you are unemployed, leaving school, are already in work or wanting to start a new career.
Apprenticeships can offer a real alternative to university and higher education, without the fees.
What are the benefits?
- A real job with training and 1-2-1 assessor support from West Herts College, while you work towards a nationally recognised NVQ qualification
- Employers see apprentices as potential loyal and qualified employees
- Research suggests that apprentices can earn on average £100,000 more over their career compared to other employees
Any current apprenticeship opportunities will be listed on our Jobs and careers page.
