Free weekly, volunteer led walks for all abilities
The Hertfordshire Health Walks programme is coordinated by The Countryside Management Service (CMS) and is a countywide programme of free, led walks.
It aims to help promote walking and encourage more people (all ages, backgrounds and abilities) to get outdoors, get active and reap the health benefits.
A variety of walks take place across Watford and Three Rivers. This programme incorporates walks from our award-winning Cassiobury Park in Watford to the beautiful countryside around Croxley Green, Abbots Langley, Chorleywood and Rickmansworth.
Whilst most walks are grade 3, of an hour or more, there are some shorter and slower-paced walks available, as well as regular weekend walks.
