Setting up an account
Using the visitor voucher online system is completely secure and takes just five minutes to set up. Once you’re on the new system, you’ll never have to worry about unexpected visitors or ensuring that you have purchased visitor voucher books in advance.
Parking can be paid from any location and at any time either online, via a mobile phone app or using a landline. On top of this, you can also monitor how many hours you have used at any time by logging into your account, instead of calculating balances yourself.
Setting up your account
Setting up a visitor voucher account is quick and simple:
Step 1: Complete the registration form. Once authorised it will be valid for one year and can be renewed when it is due to expire.
Step 2: Once your account has been approved and you have set up your payment details, you can then purchase virtual vouchers for your visitors on a pay-as-you-go basis. You can purchase your vouchers at any time and allocate the voucher to your visitor's vehicle either on arrival or in advance. Vouchers can be booked by phone once the account has been approved by calling 020 3046 0005
Residents can opt to receive reminder texts for their visitor's parking sessions (charges apply). This lowers the chance of a visitor receiving a Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) for overstaying.
