Grove Mill Lane Conservation Area

Grove Mill Lane was originally designated as a Conservation Area in 1973. Part of the Conservation Area is located within Three Rivers District.

This character appraisal examines the Grove Mill Lane Conservation Area and describes why it is an area of special architectural and historical interest.  Its purpose is to help inform the design of any future development proposals so that they enhance the area and acknowledge its features.

The Grove Mill Lane Conservation Area Character Appraisal  was originally adopted on 30 January 2012 following a period of public consultation. That appraisal has been reviewed and some minor changes proposed.  The revised document was published for consultation between 29th November 2016 and 5th January 2017.

The revised version of The Grove Mill Lane Conservation Area Character Appraisal was adopted at the end of January 2017.
