    Disability Recreation Unity Movement (DRUM) provides day activities, services and support to adults with physical and/or sensory disabilities. The majority of DRUM members were not born disabled but have acquired a disability through accident or illness such as stroke, Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson's, brain or spinal injuries. Ages range from 18-95! Daily activities include sessions in art, crafts, textiles, ceramics, woodwork, yoga, tia chi, singing, dance, sport and gardening. We also organise regular day trips and outings and in-house services include a hairdresser, chiropodist and masseuse.

  • Fitness Matters - Saturday morning Bootcamp

    • Cost: £46.50 for 6 weeks (Free first class)


    Fitness Matters Bootcamp sessions are group classes designed to get your fit fast! The mixed gender classes are mixture of cardio and resistance circuit style exercises and boxing drills.

  • Tennis for Free at Cassiobury Park (every Saturday)

    National sports charity ‘Tennis For Free’ has served up an ace for Watford by investing in a year-long programme of free tennis sessions.

    Please note :  After the 9:00-10:00 coach led session, there is an Open Play session from 10:00am-10:30pm for the Improvers+ group supervised by a coach

    National sports charity ‘Tennis For Free’ has served up an ace for Watford by investing in a year-long programme of free tennis sessions.

    In an exciting partnership with Watford Borough Council, Tennis For Free we will provide free coach-led tennis sessions for all the family at Cassiobury Park - we’re hoping hundreds of people across the area can make a racquet at the Cassiobury Park tennis courts!
    Everyone is welcome, you don’t need a racquet or a ball as all equipment is provided free of charge.
