    Amongst the stresses and strains of life, Heartfulness offers a simple and helpful approach to meditation and relaxation, which, if practiced daily, can lead to balanced and positive living.

    "The beast and most beautiful things in the world cannot be seen or even touched. They must be felt with the heart." Heartfulness is a simple system of meditation which, with a bit of practice, can help us achieve happier and more balanced lives. The more we practice, it can reveal inner resources which gradually become stronger and more permanent. This provides us with inner strength to support us in difficult times and situations. By bringing our attention to the heart, we gradually learn to regulate the mind and listen to the heart - our inner conscience then guides every aspect of life.
