Learning centresLearning Centres combine traditional library services with hi-tech facilities to offer students a wider range of accessible materials than ever before. Watford Learning Centre is both a registered school and study support centre and represents a partnership between Hertfordshire County Council, Watford Football Club and the Department for Education and Skills. There are also two modern Kip McGrath Education Centres in Watford catering for pupils aged 6 to 16 years old. They cater for KS1, KS2, KS3, KS4 in English and Maths. Learn Direct operate out of various learning centres in and around Watford - offering NVQ qualifications, Skills for LIfe exams and English as a second language courses. Watford Borough Council is the lead organisation for the Here, There & Everywhere Project. This project provides 27 ICT Learning Centres across Watford with free access to computers and the Internet with a wide range of progammes and information.
