Community and day centres

There are five community centres directly managed by Watford Borough Council's community centre team.

The community centre team is responsible for providing community-based social facilities and activities. They are working towards encouraging greater user input into the running of the centres and developing these facilities as local resource centres.

The community centres are currently subject to a major review which will affect how they are run, how they are staffed and the type of activities that will take place within them.

All the centres have facilities that can be booked for regular groups, parties or other functions.

Community centres:

  • Centrepoint Community Centre, Radlett Road
  • Holywell Community Centre, Tolpits Lane
  • Meriden Community Centre, Garsmouth Way
  • Leavesden Green Community Centre, Clarke Way
  • Orbital Community Centre, Haines Way
