Local land charges - personal search
A personal search is an inspection of the Local Land Charges Register.
A personal search can be carried out by anyone upon payment of a fee, currently £11. Please note that a personal search does not provide all the information given on a full (LLC1 and CON29) search.
The Local Land Charges Register is available to persons wishing to carry out a personal search by visiting the Town Hall by appointment, between 9am - 12 noon and 2pm - 4pm Monday to Friday. It is the responsibility of the person carrying out the personal search to identify the land/property and to make notes of any information held on the Register.
