The Council provides an estates management service for land and property owned by the Council.
Services include:
- Sales
- Lettings
- Acquisitions
- Property management
- Asset valuations
- Insurance valuations
- Professional property advice
We offer a broad range of property, both for sale and for rent. Properties range from a lock-up shop to a major retail development, individual garage sites to major residential development sites, a single workshop/unit to an estate of industrial units.
The land and property portfolio of the Council comprises non-operational property as well as the operational property held to facilitate Council services. The non-operational property portfolio includes:
- Watford Business Park
- Charter Place Shopping Centre
- Neighbourhood shops
- Garages & parking bays
- Watford Enterprise Centre
- Various miscellaneous properties across the Borough
