Homeless
If you are homeless or about to become homeless, it is important to get help and advice as early as possible.
You can visit the Customer Service Centre and speak to a Homelessness Prevention and Advice Officer about your circumstances. They will explain your options and where to find further support depending on your own needs.
A duty officer is available at the following times:
- Monday 8.45am – 4.30pm *
- Tuesday 8.45am – 4.30pm *
- Wednesday 1pm – 4.30pm *
- Thursday 8.45am – 4.30pm *
- Friday 8.45am – 4.15pm *
* Latest time for booking in – those who arrive before this time can still be seen.
