Housing allocations - allocation system
Following the transfer of its stock to the Watford Community Housing Trust, Watford Borough Council no longer allocates its own properties, but instead nominates customers to registered social landlords (RSLs), otherwise know as Housing Associations.
The Council currently nominates applicants on its housing register through a points based system, but this is soon to change to a Choise Based Lettings system. Details of the scheme will be published on this page when it is up and running.
