Homelessness - advice and support
If you feel you may be threatened with homelessness and would like to receive advice and support, Watford Borough Council's Housing Department provides a drop-in service.
If you visit the Customer Service Centre you will be seen by a Homelessness Prevention Officer. He or she will be able to offer a range of advice on the different options available to you and where to find further support depending on your specific needs.
This service is available at the following times:
- Monday 8.45am - 4.30pm*
- Tuesday 8.45am - 4.30pm*
- Wednesday 1pm - 4.30pm*
- Thursday 8.45am - 4.30pm*
- Friday 8.45am - 4.15pm*
*Latest time for booking in - those who arrive before this time can still be seen.
