Building control - applications
Watford Borough Council and Three Rivers District Council charges are amended from 1 July 2008.
The charge amounts are the same for both councils and are branded with the South West Herts Building control service logo as we continue to develop our partnership working. You can download the new charges by following the link, "Building control charges 2008-2009", in the Related pages section on this page.
Tables 1 and 3 remain unchanged. With reference to Table 2 - domestic extensions and loft conversions - it should be noted that the increase on this occasion has been made on the inspection charge, increasing this by £25 including VAT.
