For most of our customers, it is not necessary to visit the Town Hall in person to get the information you need. Using our website or telephoning our offices is usually a faster and more convenient way of finding out what you need to know.
The Housing Service is changing the information here on the website to make it easier to use. We will shortly be adding more details on a range of housing enquiries. Our aim is to make our website a quick and convenient way for you to find the information you need.

Housing Advice
If you need to speak to one of our Housing Advice Officers, please contact them on telephone: 01923 226400. The telephone lines are open:
Monday to Thursday - 8.45am until 5.15pm
Friday - 8.45am until 4.45pm.
While most customers do not need to come to the Town Hall in person, we do have an advisor on duty on:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday - 9am until 12.30pm
Wednesdays - 1pm until 4.30pm.
If you come to the Town Hall when the advisor is not on duty, you will be offered the option of telephoning for advice at the following times:
Monday, Tuesday and Thursday - 1pm until 4.30pm
Friday - 1 pm until 4.15pm

Housing Benefit
