Activities for older people
There are many factors that determine whether we become robust and active seniors, and whether we live into our 80s, 90s, or older.
The one factor we do have control over is our lifestyles – Watford Borough Council wants to help its residents make the most of the services we have on offer, to ensure good health and happiness.
Be part of a community
Staying active and enjoying life is much easier if you connect with other people. There are many groups within Watford that can offer all the benefits of social interaction – indoor bowls, card clubs, or line dancing.
