Activities for older people
There are many factors that determine whether we become robust and active seniors, and whether we live into our 80s, 90s, or older.
Our five community centres offer a huge variety of groups including bingo, yoga and keep fit. Lots of other leisure activities are provided by voluntary organisations in and around Watford:
