The Chartered Institute of Environmental Health (CIEH) Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Catering.

The Council provides courses (formerly known as Foundation or Basic food Hygiene) to help food handlers use safe practices and businesses comply with the law.

This is a one-day course held at Cassio Lodge, The Avenue, from which you will gain, if successful, a nationally recongised qualification.

If you have 10 or more staff who need this qualification, we can run a dedicated course at your premises. Please contact us for full details.
