Wildlife
Did you know that in Watford there are six nature reserves and parks, as well as 13 allotment sites and many open spaces managed by Watford Borough Council, that create a haven for many different types of wildlife?
The council, in partnership with local ‘Friends of’ groups, regularly organises events such as river clearances, scrub removal and tree planting to encourage and support our local wildlife.
