Ranger services
Watford Borough Council has three park rangers.
The rangers are currently based at North Watford Cemetery, and patrol all the borough's parks and open spaces, making people feel safer and offering help and advice.
They will attend to everyday issues such as lost dogs, bonfires, illegal camping; and also keep a check on special events in the parks such as circuses and fairs.
The rangers also work with the police and the council's Environmental Services team to target issues such as underage drinking in parks, anti-social behaviour and vandalism and graffiti.
