Customer Service Centre

The Customer Service Desk (reception) is the first point of contact for anyone visiting the Town Hall and may be accessed from the main entrance or via the car park. Both entrances are suitable for people with disabilities.

Staff will be pleased to assist with your enquiries or put you in touch with someone who can. You are welcome to contact us in person or by telephone during the following opening hours:

Customers are able to seek information on a variety of services including the ability to view planning applications and obtain assistance with completing forms. Private interview rooms are available on request should you wish to discuss any matters in confidence.
