Spending plans - consultation
In December 2007, Watford Borough Council’s Better Performance Unit carried out a Budget and Priority Survey with the authority’s Citizens’ Panel.
The survey covered a range of issues including how the Council prioritises its spending, people’s attitudes to setting council tax and preferences for the use of the capital money generated by stock transfer. It also covered people’s views on the Council’s Annual Report.
